Do you have any First Time Buyers clients that you have been unable to help due to insufficient deposits or because they could not meet the Loan To Value criteria etc?

WE CAN HELP!
We are currently looking for old or new 1st Time buyer mortgage leads - the higher the LTV the better i. E 100% - 95% - 90% LTV. I am looking for leads throughout the UK.

Even if the leads have been used from mortgage consultant - and they could not accommodate - we may be able to use these leads. We would ideally like leads from people who have an Excellent credit rating.

We can offer you a generous commission fee for each client who then purchases a property.

We can also offer you the option where you will also receive a commission for every property that you source for us and we are prepared to buy.. Introducing just a couple of clients and properties per week could give you an extra income of £50, 000 per annum!

Duties and Responsibilities

I will set out my requirements to see if you can help;

1. First time buyer mortgage lead - 100% mortgage LTV - current leads
2. Leads that are between 6 - 12 months old.
3. First time buyer mortgages - at high LTV - current or within last 3 months- ideally these will be for people with an excellent credit rating.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required
We can offer all FTB's who pass the Credit Score, BMV Properties throughout N. I. With NO Deposit.
They will only have very minimum costs including legal fees etc.

All we ask for is good common sense and some experience of dealing with clients looking for mortgages or property

Remember places are strictly limited as we will be looking for no more than 25 agents across Northern Ireland to work with us!
